Engineering Physics Annotation << Back ELECTRON-IONS NUCLEI WITH A SIZE OF 10^–10 CM AND LOW-ENERGY TRANSFORMATIONS OF ATOMS A.I. LAPTUKHOV Is shown, that for repeatedly observable in various experiments the low-energy transformation of atoms the electron-nuclear forces are responsible. These forces are similar to usual proton – nuclear forces, but theirs power more poorly nuclear in ~2 000 times and more strongly chemical in ~2 000 times. The existence of nuclear forces both at a proton, and at a electron follows from stability (no expansion) electrical charge in compact volumes of their nucleuses, despite of action of Coulomb forces of repulsion.
