SKVORTSOV An effective resonant-pulse regime of action is considered and implements its ultraviolet emitter seems to be which has a promising performance. Its possible applications are discussed and the effective application of UV-emitter for sterilization of water shows. At the same time a record result for the speed, the degree of sterilization (99,9999 %) and the minimum lethal dose is received.
