Khlopov The developed and created device which takes places in the personal computer, intended mainly for emergency destruction of the information is presented. Assuredness information destructions it is provided with original pulse magnetic system. This magnetic system creates a pulse magnetic field with components focused is longitudinal and cross-section planes of the magnetic carrier placed in system. Thus the design of magnetic system, first, provides creations of the pulse magnetic fields which intensity considerably surpass values coercion forces of a material of existing data carriers.
