Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Drag resistance in dynamics of a symmetrical body with variable center of mass S.A. Gerasimov Influence of the drag resistance force on motion of a non-harmonic symmetrical oscillator in liquid is studied. It is shown that the infinite motion of the symmetrical body with variable center of mass is impossible if the drag force is linear with respect to the velocity. For the resistance differing from linear and quadratic ones, parameters at which the velocity of the vibrational transposition is maximal are calculated.
