Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Non stationary particles transfer from systemes of split type L.V. Pletnev There are presented results of calculations of computer experiments on determining of monatomic particle departures probabilities from systems of split type into vacuum. The data on particles distributions are obtained depending on interval of particle escape from the surface of the condensed phase and the time of particles adsorption on the walls of the systems.
