Kuznetsov According to 747 electrocardiograms registration search of normal physiological laws of system process of a heart rhythm is carried out. The technique of transition from the standard parameters of heart rate variability to parameters of the heart rhythm diagram topological structure is developed. Functional communications of parameters are determined and «formulas» functional and an organism mental-emotion conditions are offered. It is shown, that the healthy person heart rhythm mode without dependence from a sex has a cycle of calendar year during which three times discretely varies in conditions of discrete seasonal adaptation. The general diagram of functional communications in the form «grids parametrical cells» is offered.
