Issues of Deploying an Optimal System of Optical
Distributed Atmospheric Communication in a Heterogeneous
Environment Based on Mobile Receiving Nodes |

The article is devoted to the issues of constructing an optical distributed laser atmospheric
communication system in a non-homogeneous environment based on mobile receiving nodes. The
problem of determining the unfavorable order of distributing distances {Li
} along known radial
directions is investigated, at which, taking into account the constancy of the foggy situation on the
ground, the total signal at the inputs of all mobile receivers would reach a minimum. The solution to
the problem made it possible to determine the most unfavorable order of deploying an atmospheric
optical communication system based on a transmitting node and mobile receivers moving along
fixed radial directions in non-homogeneous fog conditions. Such an order of deploying the system is
designated as a non-recommended option for constructing the system
