The Unsteady Process of Heat Propagation in the Final Rod |

The article is devoted to the issues of non-stationary thermal conductivity in a rod. The problem
differs from solved similar problems in that the problems were solved for the case of an infi nite rod.
This is also the case of a fi nite rod, so it is necessary to take into account the boundary conditions
at the end ends of the rod. When fi nding a solution, the series decomposition method is used. The
main statements in the paper are proved using Dirichlet and Riemann-Lebesgue lemmas. The paper
also considered a special case when the ends of the rod are maintained at constant temperatures.
