Design of a Control System for an Unmanned Aerial
Vehicle With a Moving Mass |

The problem of designing a control system for an unmanned vehicle with a moving mass has been
studied. Models of the dynamics of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a moving mass are presented.
Functional diagrams and algorithms of the control system have been developed. An adaptive supertwist sliding mode for controlling the angular position of an unmanned aerial vehicle is proposed.
An adaptive algorithm for controlling the moving mass with compensation for disturbances using
a neural network has been developed. The design of virtual control laws and a nonlinear error
feedback function is presented.
