EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF MICROSTRUCTURE PARAMETERS AND LOCAL INTERNAL STRESS FIELDS IN 35KHGS STEEL USING NON-DESTRUCTIVE METHODS |

In this paper, studies of the surface layer of the product by spectral-acoustic and magneto-noise methods of non-destructive testing have been carried out, correlations between the propagation rates of surfactants and the intensity of magnetic noise for different grades of steels at the same points of the samples studied have been obtained. Analysis of the structural and phase state of 35XGS steel products during mechanical and thermal treatment showed a change in acoustic characteristics caused by a change in the speed of passage of an ultrasonic wave in the surface layer due to a change in the structural and phase state of the metal. It is established by the spectral-acoustic method that the speed of surfactant propagation varies depending on the selected processing mode.
