THERMAL MONITORING OF PROCESSES OF RECOVERY SURFACING OF METAL STRUCTURES ON THE BASIS OF THEIR DIGITAL TWIN |

The article proposes an approach to monitoring the thermal situation in the surfacing zone during the restoration repair of metal structures based on its digital twin. As a digital twin, a three-dimensional non-stationary mathematical model of temperature fields in the processed structure is used based on heat transfer equations solved by the finite element method. Dynamic connection with the environment and the source of thermal energy in the surfacing zone is proposed to be implemented using thermal imaging control of the treated surface. An example of identifying the rational speed of movement of the surfacing electrode is shown, at which the specified temperature regime of processing is provided.
