PERSPECTIVE POSSIBILITIES OF INCREASING OF MANUFACTURABILITY OF METAL STRUCTURES OF CRYOGENIC EQUIPMENT |

The features of the development of cryogenic engineering facilities in modern conditions, which require technological innovations and the fastest import substitution in this most important industry, which is of strategic importance for our country, are presented. The materials used for the manufacture of the most metal-intensive cryogenic equipment, and the requirements for it, associated with the special operating conditions of its components, are considered. Options for welding parts in the manufacture of cryogenic equipment are proposed, which determine the manufacturability and performance of the resulting structures. It is shown that friction welding can provide certain progress in the development of welding technologies in the manufacture of products operated under cryogenic conditions.
