MEASURING SYSTEM FOR THE STUDY OF DEFECTS IN ALLOY PLATES USING SUBMINIATURE EDDY CURRENT TRANSDUCERS |

This paper presents the results of the work carried out on the creation of a software and hardware complex, which is designed for the study of electrically conductive circuits of electronic circuits. In the course of the conducted scientific research, an ultra-compact transducer using the principles of eddy currents and a scanning system based on it were developed. The paper presents the main technical parameters of the created installation, as well as the results of a series of experiments aimed at scanning various printed circuit boards, including both defect-free areas and defective areas. During the scan, it was possible to determine the limits of applicability of the created software and hardware complex. Also, the experiments were able to confi rm the calculated efficiency indicators of the eddy current nondestructive testing installation in the framework of the tasks of detecting violations of the internal structure of the substance of printed circuit boards and electrically conductive circuits.
