ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF SIGNIFICANT FACTORS ON THE RESULTS OF LINEAR DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENTS BY A FIBER-OPTIC TRANSDUCER |

The results of the analysis of the infl uence of significant factors on the measurement results of linear displacements of a fiber-optic converter based on a branched fiber-optic collector are presented. The adequacy of the developed model of numerical modeling is confirmed and a mathematical description of the obtained functions is given. On the basis of the developed model, a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the influence of the identifi ed signifi cant factors on the measurement results is given. Varying the design characteristics of a fiber-optic transducer (FOT) makes it possible to achieve the required measurement range with a given sensitivity.
