THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY IN CONTACT CONNECTIONS OF CONSTRUCTIONS OF COMPOUND SYSTEMS FROM HOMOGENEOUS AND HETEROGENEOUS MATERIALS |

The article discusses the thermo-mechanical problem of heat transfer through the contact zone of composite structures, taking into account the infl uence of contact thermal resistance on the path of heat flow in systems with elements made of various materials. It has been established experimentally that joints with surfaces made of homogeneous and heterogeneous materials contribute to the formation of temperature differences in the interface zones, which is accompanied by the formation of contact thermal resistances, which negatively affect the thermal regime of the system’s functioning. The influence of load, surface finish, intercontact medium and temperature on the value of contact resistance is shown experimentally.
