Inside the nucleus of a particle, we have not a vacuum, but a medium in which the electromagnetic field is described by four vectors D, E, B and H. Based on the nonlinear electrodynamics of the medium and the fundamental laws of conservation of electric charge, energy, energy flux (momentum) and its moment, a closed the system of equations for calculating the dynamics of the electromagnetic field, charge and current, applicable both inside the nuclei of particles and outside them. The nuclear forces inside the volume of the proton, electron and other particles, which balance the Coulomb repulsive forces, depend on the distribution of the density of the electric charge and current and therefore have an electromagnetic nature, but are not reduced to the Lorenz force. Each particle corresponds to its own state of the electromagnetic field, with its own energy density and the corresponding connections between the vectors D, E, B, H.
