PHASE VELOCITY OF THE FILTRATION WAVE IN A LAYERED ENVIRONMENT |

The problem of the filtration-wave field in a layered-inhomogeneous orthotropic medium is considered under the assumption of the predominance of vertical permeability in the layers sur-rounding the oil reservoir. Solutions are presented that describe the spatial-temporal distributions in the near-source area of the disturbance. Analytical dependences of the absorption coefficient, wave number, and phase velocity on the frequency of impact on the bottom-hole zone of the res-ervoir are presented. As a result of the computational experiment, the physical properties of the porous medium and the saturating fluid that determine the phase velocity of the pressure wave during pulse-wave processing of the colmated zone are revealed.
