RESEARCH OF SOME PROPERTIES OF SOLID COMBUSTIBLE COMPONENTS FOR CHEAP EXPLOSIVES |

One of the main problems in the development of kimberlite deposits, according to the technology of downward extraction of mineral reserves by horizontal layers with a hardening tab, is the formed under-deposit zone in the upper part of the output, which in the future can lead to deflection and violation of the safety pillar. Ongoing additional work to control and eliminate under-deposit zone does not show the high efficiency of these measures. This question requires a deeper study with the selection of methods for studying the state and properties of the massif. In this paper, a geophysical method for assessing the structure and physico-mechanical properties of the array is proposed. The elastic characteristics of the state of the safety pillar under the bottom of the quarry are determined. Possible areas of secondary fracture development are shown.
