PHYSICAL BASIS OF CREATION MINING MACHINES FOR DEVELOPMENT USEFUL FOSSILS ON THE MOON, MARS, AND ASTEROIDS |
V.A. BOBIN, A.V. BOBINA
A fundamentally new method of rock disintegration is created on the basis of a new physical principle of creating and regulating abrasion forces through the use of gyroscopic forces and its scientific justification is given. The use of gyroscopic forces as an alternative to gravitational forces can significantly reduce the weight and dimensions of gyroscopic mining machines, provides remote control and stability of their work under all operating conditions, as well as high efficiency. The design of the lunar gyroscopic machine was developed, its laboratory sample was tested with an efficiency of at least 0,3 t/kWh, and on its basis a design of a robotic building complex for creating permanent settlements on the Meadow, which will include robotic lunar gyroscopic mining machine (LGM), a loader (mechanical shovel) and a 3D construction printer, which, with a total weight of 600…800 kg, will make it possible to build a robotic lunar base in the form of a hangar measuring 6×3 m in size in a robotic version on the lunar surface in 10…14 days height of at least 2,5 m and a wall thickness not less than 1,5 m.
