Ibrahimov It is shown, that the vegetation’s stress leads to changes of clouds optical depth measurements results upon utilization of ground Sun photometers for sensing of reflected from clouds surface radiation of red and near-infrared bands, reflected to atmosphere by vegetation. The formula for calculation of normalized differential cloud indices using modified value of NDVI is suggested. The general algorithm for correction of satellite data for removal of effect of clouds optical depth using ground Sun photometers is suggested.
