MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC FIELDS OF CATHODIC PROTECTION OF MAIN PIPELINES IN ELECTRICALLY ANISOTROPIC MEDIA |

The mathematical model is constructed and computational experiments on the effect of anisotropy of soil electrical conductivity on the distribution of electric and magnetic fields generated by cathodic electrochemical corrosion protection stations of underground main pipeline are carried out. The variation of electric and magnetic fields depending on the azimuthal angle of rotation of the tensor of specific electrical conductivity of the soil containing the pipeline is analyzed.
