ABOUT ESTIMATE OF INTERNAL DEFORMATION OF MASSIVE SPHERICAL BODY AT POINT DYNAMIC ACTION TO THEIR SURFACE |

With the help of an analytical solution of the contact dynamic problem, the vector of shifts of the internal points u of the massive spherical body of the radius R, as a functions of the time and length of the radius -vector r carried out from the point of contact in arbitrary area of spherical volume. The generalization of the Thomson’s contact static task for a dynamic case it’s given. A specific example shows that when a massive meteorite with a mass m<107 kg hits the planet and at the speed v ~ 105 m/с the deformation, rapidly disappearing with depth, near the contact area is approximately 1 m. It is noted that the solution of the problem, despite the high speed of movement of meteorites, can be searched with linear equations of elasticity theory, for which the instant process of heating and evaporation of the meteorite in the fall is not significant.
