KURBANGULOV, G.R. AKMANOVA The paper presents the results of the calculation of the exciton radius for Ag2Te, Cu2Se and Cu2Te, within which the energy spectrum of a quantum dot depends on its size. The values of the elastic modulus of overall compression / tension for copper selenide, which is in good agreement with experimental data, are calculated. The results obtained can be used to simulate the transformations of the crystal structure. Key words: band structure, nanocrystal, band gap, density of electronic states, pseudopotential.
