PIEZOCERAMIC SENSORS FOR QUICKVARIABLE PROCESSES MODELING |

The article presents an analysis of the metrological model of the sensor of variable processes, built in mathematical form and based on the structural functional and mathematical functional models of the sensor. The questions concerning the metrological characteristics of the piezoelectric element, the conclusion of the piezoelectric element conversion function, determining the structure of error formation, determining the components of the systematic error from the influencing factors are considered. The developed metrological model is an important stage in the development and research of both sensors and information-measuring systems based on them, allowing to provide information and energy and physical compatibility of the latter. The metrological model allows to establish connections between errors of the sensor as a whole and errors of its separate links, providing information and energy and physical compatibility between them.
