THE NATURE OF THE ELECTRIC CHARGE AND THE LIMITS OF THE COULOMB LAW APPLICABILITY |

The hypothesis about the vortex nature of the electric charge and the spiral-wave, pulsed stress field created by it in a continuous vacuum environment is illustrated by mechanical analogies and is complemented by quantitative estimates of the frequencies, shapes and energy of the pulses that determine the observed properties of the electrostatic field. The connection of the characteristics of the vortices with the parameters of the surrounding wave fields and the order of interaction between the fields and charges is established. The features of the use of electrostatic formulas at short distances are revealed. The variants of experimental verification of the validity of the «mechanical» model of the electrostatic field are proposed.
