Tyuryukanov Theoretically and experimentally investigated close to the radial flow of the noncolliding ionic flow, integrally neutralized by Boltzmann electrons. It is shown that the presence in equation of Poisson of the critical point “ionic sound” leads to existence of two quasi-neutral states of equilibrium, which are characterized by the sub- and supersonic values of flow speed.
