KASHAEV The analysis of the development of theoretical and applied research for the formation of regulatory and technical support, summarizing all previous experience in the design, operation and analysis of the causes of destruction of building structures, taking into account a wide range of impacts (permanent, temporary, dynamic loads, external climatic effects) on buildings and structures, and ensuring their safe operation. It is shown that the problems of survivability of complex systems under special infl uence require further study and study, while more attention should be paid to the non-linear formulation of the problem and to the study of avalanche collapse of structures made of various materials.
