RADAR-LOCATION OF ASTEROIDS AND METEOROIDOV IN THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE EARTH BY OF MATHEMATICAL AND SEMI-NATURAL MODELLING |

The asteroid and meteoroid danger regarding observation of these hypersonic objects
(GZO) is considered. By mathematical modeling it is offered to defi ne radar characteristics
of GZO in near-earth space. The direction of space researches of Earth by means
of the radar with the synthesized aperture (RSA) and system criteria is offered at seminatural,
mathematical modeling that allows to optimize RSA in land conditions, saving a
half of fi nance and time for creation of RSA. In the atmosphere it is necessary to consider
the physical phenomenon connected with emergence of an electromagnetic soliton. It is
shown that land radar the system of meter range of radio waves doesn’t provide service of
the low-fl ying purposes – the problem is solved when using space and air radar. Problem
defi nition of a radar-location of GZO is given.
