Engineering Physics Annotation << Back MEASUREMENT OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF ALPHA-EMITTING RADIONUCLIDES USING ION-IMPLANTED SILICON DETECTORS I.S. KARTSEV, Yu.N. GLYBIN, I.Yu.CHIGARIN Article is devoted to questions of registration of α-radiation from radioactive natural and technogenic sources of various aggregate states with use of the radiometric and dosimetric equipment created on the base of the modern ion-implanted silicon detectors; the main technical characteristics of devices for spectrometry of the α-β- radiation created by SNIIP-Plus Join-Stock Company (Moscow) are presented; the operating experience is considered and the directions of industrial, ecological and scientifi c introduction of this equipment in the fi eld of registration of α- and β- ionizing radiation, including aerosols and radon are offered.
