PUZANOV, I.V. TAMARA, L.D. KRASNOKUTSKAJA, I.Yu. KUZMINA The analysis of forms, type and intensity of lightning optical pulses recorded by ground and space instruments is presented in the article. Amplitude-time and spectral characteristics of optical radiation of lightning are considered. Informative features of the optical pulses that defi ne them as lightning optical pulses are identifi ed. Statistical distributions of informative features were obtained on the basis of own data of the authors and literary experimental data. They can be used for spectral, amplitude-time and complex selection of lightning optical pulses.
