DEVELOPMENT OF THE MODULE FOR REMOTE CALIBRATION OF THE THYGOMER ON THE BASIS OF THE PIEZOCERAMIC BIMORPH |
G.V. DVIRNY, K.V. KONDRATYEV, V.N. SERGEEVICH, A.F. SHISHKINA
The article describes the development of a remote calibration module (MDC) and outlines
the results of its 3D modeling. The module to be developed will be used to calibrate the drawbar, which is part of the automated workplace of fi ring acceptance tests of plasma jet engines. Since jet engines operate under specifi c conditions, special requirements are imposed on all workstation modules, in particular minimum dimensions and compactness. The remote calibration module will be based on a piezoceramic bimorph. The principle of functioning of the piezoceramic bimorph is based on its bending relative to the average position under the infl uence of an alternating voltage. The developed model MDK allows you to remotely lead a step-by-step calibration and meets the conditions imposed by the technical task for this module.
Key words:remote calibration module design, vacuum pezoaktuator, piezoceramic bimorph, converter efforts.
