PHASE TRANSITIONS AND THERMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS IN THE STRUCTURALLY DISORDERED COPPER CHALCOGENIDE Cu2-XTe |

The work is dedicated to the study of the phase transitions in mixed ionic-electronic conductors, copper telluride of non-stoichiometric composition. Coulometric titration curves, experimentally obtained in the temperature range from 613 to 673 K are presented. The dependences of the thermodynamic parameters of the test compounds on temperature and composition were obtained. The boundaries of single-phase regions were clarifi ed and the lattice parameters of the three compositions in a single-phase region were calculated in the temperature interval 298…658 K. It is established that the phase transition from the
non-pereryonic phase to the superionic phase in the given compound is a series of successive phase transitions through narrow homogeneity regions.
