FROM HERTZ-HEAVISIDE ELECTRODYNAMICS TO TRANSCOORDINATE ELECTRODYNAMICS |

Article critically reviews space and time concepts defi nition from the electrodynamics equations in partial derivatives. The conclusion is that they have no mathematical means an adequate description of the transition from one inertial reference frame to another. Partial time functions derivatives fully tie electrodynamic processes to one specific reference frame. Article proposed a new approach to the electrodynamics mathematical apparatus development. It is aimed at a more adequate description of the transition from one
inertial reference frame to another. This approach uses a new transcoordinate electrodynamics equations. These equations have novel field functions Galileo and transcoordinate derivatives. Such electrodynamics generalization suggests the dependence of the electromagnetic field and the electric charge on the observer speed. But this dependence is not due to the space-time geometry. It is due to the electromagnetic fi eld physical nature within the hypercontinual concepts of space and time. Article present a new transcoordinate Maxwell's equations formulation for the case of a homogeneous isotropic medium without dispersion. This formulation generalizes the traditional Hertz–Heaviside formulation for the same case. Article contains the Maxwell`s equations in integral and differential forms of the Hertz–Heaviside and the transcoordinate representations.
