RUKHADZE One-dimensional ion-acoustic soliton of arbitrary amplitude is considered by means of semi-analytical approach in model of plasma with cold ions taking into account the relativistic electrons capture while the electrons are described by Maxwell–Jüttner distribution. It is found that the higher electron temperature, the less infl uence of electrons at the soliton fi eld. It is demonstrated that the resulting solutions are intermediate between those of R.Z.
