TRANSFER FUNCTIONS OF ELECTRODYNAMIC TRANSFORMERS IN CONTROL CIRCUITS OF ACTIVE VIBRATION ISOLATION FACILITIES |

Transfer functions of electrodynamic transformers as servo actuators of active vibration isolation facilities with high damping coefficient in broad active frequency band has been calculated and experimentally investigated. It was found that electromechanical resonance in electric circuit of transformers at high mass of mechanical load gives rise to break on curve of absolute value of transformer transfer function and phase stepping down of operating frequency band. The full phase stepping down was demonstrated to be as much as 360 degree owing to the electromechanical resonance that complicates the development of stable regulating system. As this takes place, an active frequency band of active vibration isolation facilities with discussed actuators will be confi ned to area where the necessary correction of phase characteristics of closed loop of autoregulators can be made. Experimental study of electrodynamic transformers for developed vibration isolation facility with active frequency band 0,2...400 Hz and maximal coefficient of damping oscillations of the order of 60 dB has been performed.
