THE INFLUENCE OF THE NUMBER OF LASER PULSES ON PHYSICALCHEMICAL STRUCTURE AND MICROHARDNESS AMORPHOUS ALLOY FeSi6B16 |

The article discusses the results of investigations of the infl uence of a focused pulsed laser radiation on the physical-chemical structure and microhardness amorphous alloy FeSi6B16. Using scanning probe microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, diffraction and micro-hardness measurements show the effect of the number of laser pulses on the redistribution of the elements of the system, changing the topography of the exposed surface, as well as changes in the structure and microhardness. The possible reasons explaining the changes observed in the samples after laser irradiation have been considered.
