The substantiation of the concept of the temperature of the molecule. On the basis of the equation of radiation energy in a cell in which, within the free molecules travel time, is just only one molecule of gas, and the energy of the molecule itself, by virtue of the
existence of thermal equilibrium between them, due to the existence of the thermodynamic equilibrium between them and the law of Maxwell distribution of energy molecules proposed a formula for the distribution of gas molecules that are produced when their temperatures τi total gas temperature T. This makes it possible to quantify the amount of impurities in the reaction product in the solid phase with the participation of gases in substances for ceramic technologies. From this it follows immediately that the ceramic technology, regardless of the duration of the annealing time and the degree of hardening, in principle, do not give a guarantee of obtaining high-purity chemicals.
