SUPERNOVA SN1987A: SEISMIC RESPONSE |

The analytical review presents arguments in favor of a new concept of the planet - astrophysical antenna and most suitable object here is the Moon, but the Earth has its advantages. From single and not fully disclosing the problem of experimental registration astrophysical signal (neutrino pulses from the collapse of a supernova) work to translate research to fi nd the signal, involving extensive statistical data on weak seismicity of the Earth. The data were obtained both during the supernova explosion, and in time the vicinity of the event. New statistical processing has revealed some new effects. For example: in the structures with low values of bulk velocity of seismic waves (the crust, low-velocity layer) after an outbreak of SN1987A a statistically signifi cant increase in the number of earthquakes; increased their average and total seismic energy.
