EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES OF THE PHYSICAL PROCESSES THAT DETERMINE THE QUALITY INDICATORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF VEIN DEPOSITS |

Specifi cs of the geological structure of vein deposits and high diversity of factors that determine the performance clearing dredging it very diffi cult to use common methods for calculating the parameters of breaking and makes it necessary to adjust them in accordance with the actual conditions of development. The main problem of vein deposits, especially with the increase in the depth of their development, is an excessive losses and dilution of ore. The presence of this type of losses and dilution
indicates a discrepancy between the received settings, calculation methods of breaking and actual operating conditions of explosive charges. As a result of experimental studies have shown that the width overgrinding intense band and the value wasteful energy consumption in this zone of the explosion is almost directly proportional to the average of the explosion pressure in the charging chamber and the detonation velocity of the explosive. It is shown that the most favorable conditions for breaking distribution of the explosion energy is achieved by using explosives nizkobrizantnyh
with mixed-up to the explosive transformation. With regard to the characteristics of breaking live wells it was to establish that the change in determining the breaking parameters depending on the power cutter can be approximated by a power function with an exponent inversely proportional to the studied parameters.
