Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Stability of Quantum Hall State in double vertically coupled quantum dot A.A. Vasilchenko The density functional theory for studying electronic properties of vertically coupled double quantum dots in strong magnetic field is used. The phase diagram of the quantum Hall state as a function of the tunneling gap and the distance between quantum dots was constructed. We find the ratio d /L, below which the quantum Hall state in the structure with zero tunneling gap is stable.
