RUKHADZE In this work the process of cosmic rays formation is considered and is shown that streams of cosmic rays may be created at release of protons and α-particles because of destructed of crystal structures of kernels of carbon and oxygen due toh high pressures and temperatures in a subsoil of stars. On the basis of similarity of chemical compositions of cosmic rays and a solar wind it becomes possible to assume that protruberanets at a surface of stars can be one of a source of cosmic rays. The question of cosmic ray particles acceleration of cosmic rays at the expense of Coulomb forces of pushing away between particles of cosmic rays is discussed.
