Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Optical detecting iodine-containing of substances in liquid environments. i. research of spectra of absorption i2, i- и i3- in the ultra-violet range S.V. Shnyrev Ultraviolet absorption spectra (200...500 nm) of molecular iodine, iodide ion I- and trioxide ion I3- in liquid media were studied and absorptivities of these species were determined in full spectral range. Dependence of absorptivities on concentrations was investigated. Results show that this spectral range is promising for simultaneous detection of iodine-containing substances in real time by optical absorption method. E-mail: kireev@eai.mephi.ru
