SEKERIN More than three hundred years mankind know interesting astronomical phenomenon - a periodic change in the time of circulation Io, Jupiter's moon around the planet. Recently, in 1988 [1] carried out calculations based on an analysis of changes in the duration of the period of Io, which prove that the motion of electromagnetic radiation (light) is governed by the classical law of addition of velocities.
