Piezoactivity and piezosensitivity new composites of type 2-2 on the basis of the crystal 0,93pb (zn1/3nb2/3) o3 – 0,07pbtio3 |

An important role of the anisotropy of elastic and piezoelectric properties of the 0.93Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 – 0,07PbTiO3 single crystal in forming a piezoelectric response of composites has been stated. It concerns the single crystal / polymer and single crystal / porous polymer composites with 2–2 and 2–2–0 connectivities, respectively. Analysing non-monotonic concentration and orientation dependences of effective piezoelectric coefficients and reception parameters (figures of merit) of the aforementioned composites we have noted their advantages over performance of the known 2–2 and 1–0–3 composites based on poled ferroelectric ceramics. These advantages are associated with a combination of high piezo-activity and piezo-sensitivity, with variations of the piezoelectric coefficients g33*, e33*, dh* и gh* in wide ranges as well as with the piezoelectric coefficients d3j(1) of the 0,93Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 – 0,07PbTiO3 single crystal for which condition sgn d33(1) = sgn d31(1) = – sgn d32(1) > 0 holds
