Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Numerical modelling of intensive electronic bunches by the method of large particles V.S. Minaev The author suggests new approach to nonstationary self-consistent problem of electron motionin electron gun with arbitrary shape and deflector. The peculiarity of suggested approach is iterative process that allows to integrate equations of electron motion in hydrodynamic approximation with re-calculation of potential. The suggested approach permits to describe beam’s spread more precisely due to potential calculation after each time iteration, compare to method of volume charge iteration, that recalculates potential only after electron beam passes the calculated area.
