Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Application of computer processing of the image for increase of accuracy of the analysis by the method of a thin-layer chromatography D.V. Zubov, E.A. Paramonov The task of the automated analysis of a fermentation medium to find a content of a biosynthesis product by a method of thin-layer chromatographies is considered. Experiments on the known methods of computer processing of chromatogrammes scanned images are carried out and a solution of a set task, based on experimental-analythical model of diffusial zone’s colouring is suggested. The experimental researches made by the developed method have confirmed it’s adequacy. The software realizing suggested algorithms is created. E-mail: zubov@msuie.ru
