Modelling of the vortical condition and magnetic transitions nanodiskov cementit |

Are presented results of micromagnetic modelling nanodisks цементита by means of package OOMMF (Object Oriented Micromagnetic Framework). Calculations of distribution of magnetisation, defined the sizes of a whirlwind in the field of temperatures 300...470 K are carried out. Unstable areas of magnetic conditions are revealed. The sizes of a whirlwind depending on radius, thickness nanodisk and temperatures are defined. The diagramme of the basic magnetic conditions nanodisk cemetit is calculated and borders of transitions between them taking into account temperature are defined. Magnetic reversal nanodisks in an external magnetic field, perpendicular planes nanodisk is investigated. The received results can be used for working out of elements of magnetic memory.
