On the strong ionizing shock waves in high-pressure gases |

In this paper we theoretically investigate the structure of strong ionizing shock wave in a gas high (atmospheric) pressure. Take into account the ionization of the gas when the gas temperature is high enough level, the order of several ionization potentials. It is shown that after the usual gas-dynamic temperature jump and education strongly ionized nonisothermal plasma formed in the plasma can propagate only the ion-acoustic solitary waves (acoustic soliton). In such a wave is a division of charges of electrons and ions with the formation of the electrical double layer with a strong electric field. Found waveform, its amplitude and width of the front.
