Engineering Physics Annotation << Back New method of the experimental evaluation of the authenticity the theory of interaction photons with the electrons of atoms Kos'yanov P.M. Work examines the results of theoretical and experimental studies of different forms of interaction of the photons of the ionizing emission s by substances, in particular, photo effect and the Compton scattering of these photons. Analysis of the results showed that there are noticeable divergences between the theoretical calculations and experimental data. For the evaluation of the authenticity of the theory of interaction of the light quanta with the electrons of atoms, are necessary the goal-directed experimental studies. In the work the new method of such of the studies is substantiated. Key words: photo effect, the Compton scattering, ratio of the number of recoil electrons to the number of photoelectrons, ratio of the intensities of the characteristic and incoherently scattered of X-ray and γ-emissions.
