Tsaregorodtsev The fundamental methodology items of reliable synthesis, which allow the structure-functional stability’s defining and measuring, is considered in the article. The mathematical approach of structure-functional stability’s determination and receiving as a general model, allowing its application on the following stages of synthesis, is offered. Such approach defines the main idea of the concept of structure-functional stability’s provision on the bases of direct reliable synthesis.
